Raspberry Freezer Jam

4 Ball® half-pint (8oz) Plastic Freezer jars or hot freezer safe glass jars

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups crushed raspberries (about 2 pounds)

4 cups sugar

3 ounces liquid pectin

2 tablespoons bottled lemon juice

Wash and drain raspberries.

In a medium bowl, use a potato masher to lightly crush raspberries.

In a large bowl, combine sugar and raspberries until well blended. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add liquid pectin and bottled lemon juice and stir for 3 minutes.
