Creamy Super Foods Smoothie

Start the day with a flavorful and nutrient-packed Ball® Creamy Superfoods Smoothie that brings you all of the amazing health benefits of kale and berries with the added decadence of whipped coconut cream on top.

2 Pint Jars (16oz)

Prep:

10 minutes


INGREDIENTS

2 cups milk of your choice (non-dairy is great here too)

1 cup frozen banana slices

1 cup frozen wild blueberries

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 cups fresh baby spinach & kale, frozen for 15 minutes

4 tbsp coconut cream, whisked

A few slices of frozen banana and a few frozen blueberries, for topping

Combine milk, frozen bananas, berries and maple syrup in a blender. Puree until smooth.  Pour out 2/3 of the mixture equally into jars.

Add the lightly frozen greens to the remaining smoothie in the blender, puree until smooth. Pour greens mixture into berry mixture slowly, so they don’t completely combine. You should have visible purple and greens sections.

Top with whisked coconut cream, frozen banana slices and a spoonful of frozen blueberries.

Serve immediately.
