INGREDIENTS

½ cup dark brown sugar

¼ cup chili powder

2 tbsp mustard powder

3 tbsp garlic powder

4 tbsp salt

2 tbsp ground black pepper

1 tbsp celery seed

1 tbsp cumin powder

2 tsp dried thyme

3-4 tsp cayenne pepper (to your preference)

1 tsp allspice
